Final Thoughts

The Noles haven’t landed any commits from the recruiting weekend, but that will likely change as some players plan to announce their decisions Wednesday on National Signing Day.

The thing that’s most impressive is the coaches were able to get so many 2021 and beyond players to visit this weekend after having over 30 on campus for its junior day last weekend.

The fans worried about FSU football signing so many three-stars for 2020 must realize the impact of the Early Signing Period on a transitional class.

What FSU is doing right now is about as good as one could hope for, all things considering. The fact the staff is able to get blue chip players on campus for 2021 and beyond is promising.

They’ve sent out of 200 offers for 2021 players which is almost equivalent to total sent out for the entire 2019 recruiting cycle by the former staff.

Social media is abuzz daily recruits tweeting offers from the current staff which is promising. All the program has to do is show improvement in 2020 on the field.

If they are able to do that I’m convinced things will start looking up on the recruiting trails in terms of higher caliber recruits showing interest in signing with FSU football.
