Final Thoughts

I think we really have to take our hats off to Mike Norvell and this coaching staff thus far. They’ve addressed almost every major need on the roster in just over a month’s time.

They flexed their muscle on teams they should be able to flex on in Louisville, Ole Miss, Arkansas and likely Tennessee next.

The great thing to observe is how they are assessing the needs of the roster and deciding to attack those issues.

There’s a clear difference between how they approach things and how the former staff.

They actively recruiting offensive tackles for the position and not just anyone because they have offensive lineman beside their names.
