Nationally

FSU football has already sent out 158 offers for the 2021 recruiting class. When I talk about national recruits I’m talking about players from places like Texas and California.

Places that incur a lot of competition from other big time programs along with the recruit having to travel a great distance to Tallahassee.

Here’s how the 2021 offers(nationally) break down right now in order of least to greatest according Noles247:

  • Texas (20)
  • California (9)
  • Alabama (6)
  • North Carolina (6)
  • Tennessee (5)
  • Maryland (4)
  • Michigan (4)
  • Mississippi (4)
  • Louisiana (3)
  • Virginia (3)
  • Kentucky (2)
  • District of Columbia (1)
  • Indiana (1)
  • Missouri (1)
  • Nevada (1)
  • Ohio (1)
  • Washington (1)
  • West Virginia (1)

That’s a total of 72 offers which is 46 percent of total offers so far. FSU coaches have real times to Texas, Tennessee, Louisiana, Virginia, D.C. and North Carolina. It’s going to be extremely difficult to get elite players from any of those states.

However, the Noles have historically been very good in the Virginia and D.C. area with Odell Haggins. It’ll be interesting to see how much time they are willing to invest in these areas.
