Non-Impact

This is the longest list so I figured I’d begin here. It almost pains to write this as I look at some many names that we thought would amount to solid players. These are the players who neither never played, barely played or managed to play here and there but were mostly injured or just terrible.

  • Malik Henry: 4-star QB
  • Jauan Williams: 4-star OL
  • Josh Ball: 4-star OL
  • Amir Rasul: 4-star RB
  • Naseir Upshur: 4-star TE
  • Josh Brown: 4-star LB
  • Carlos Becker III: 4-star DB

Malik Henry was supposed to fill the shoes of Jameis Winston and never played a real snap in the garnet and gold. Jauan Williams has been one of the worst offensive linemen in FSU history and is transferring out. Josh Ball, Rasul and Upshur have transferred out and never contributed much. Josh Brown was talented but could never stay healthy and same goes for Carlos Becker III.
