Full Staff
Mike Norvell did a really smart thing in retaining Odell Haggins and Ron Dugans from the previous staff.
Also, being able to hire his offensive and defensive coordinators within days of being formally introduced as the new head coach was huge too.
Norvell is still assembling the pieces but I expect the staff to be fully filled out by the end of December if not before.

The more coaches you have on the recruiting trails the more efficient you can be with the resources available to you.
If FSU was able to accomplish what they did with half a staff in place one must assume they can do even better with a full staff right?
