Alabama State

This is a game the Noles should cruise to victory as they prepare to take on the Florida Gators in the season finale.

I know the Noles had the Louisiana-Monroe scare in the second game of the season, but Alabama State should basically serve as a bye week as they are even worse than Louisiana-Monroe.

That’s five games the Noles need to win to reach the eight for the season and it’s definitely doable as long as the injury bug stays away.

If I had to rank them in order of best chance to win they’d go like this:

  1. Alabama State(most likely win)
  2. Boston College
  3. Syracuse
  4. Miami
  5. Wake Forest (least likely)

The Wake Forest game coming on the road after the Clemson game makes that game a little tougher to call. FSU is the more talented team and should have no problem scoring against that Wake Forest defense.

However, Wake Forest’s offense could put up some points unless the FSU defense continues to improve over its shaky start.

That’s the game that could dictate everything in terms of the Noles reaching eight wins.
