Hamsah Nasirildeen

Hamsah Nasirildeen should be in the discussion among FSU’s best and most consistent players through five games.

The junior safety picked up right where he left off in 2018 where he led the team in total tackles with 91.

He leads the teams in total tackles through five games with 33 (24 solo) thus far. Nasirildeen has always been a player that plays with great physicality and that’s shown up with three fumbles forced thus far.

He also has two pass breakups on the season. The great thing about Nasirildeen is he can play against the run and the pass.

It’s one reason they were looking at moving him to linebacker earlier in the year with his physical style.

However, they’ve been able to keep him in the secondary where his experience has paid off thus far.  Nasirildeen will be huge for the Noles as the season progresses.
