FSU football experienced a devastating loss against Boise State in their 2019 opener. Here’s three positive observations from the game.

FSU football fans are still reeling from the huge blown lead they watched on Saturday. The game looked like heaven for fans who experienced what we saw last year.

In fact, I tweeted a Wayne’s World .gif that said “we’re not worthy” after the Noles scored 31 points by halftime.

Little did I know they wouldn’t score anymore after that, so apparently we were not worthy on that day.

My colleague Jason Parker wrote Sunday how the season wasn’t lost on the Boise State game and how there were lots of positive to take from the game. I still believe it was the most important game on the schedule. Now it’s all about how they respond to that loss.

IF the Noles take care of Louisiana-Monroe and travel to Virginia and win in week three? That takes A LOT of the sting away from that loss Saturday.

What I want to do here is highlight three key positive observations from the game and why things could still be different with some adjustments.
