Recruiting Prowess

FSU coaches have made it a priority this recruiting cycle to lock down the state of Florida. In fact, 12 of the 15 commitments hail from the Sunshine state.

They have two from Georgia and have missed on other blue chip players outside those two states thus far.

FSU was able to go into Louisiana and beat out hometown school LSU and other SEC programs like Alabama and Auburn.

The Noles didn’t land any blue chip recruits outside of Florida and Georgia in 2019.

The commitment still says FSU football is capable of going into SEC territory and snatching a kid they really like.

It also says this staff is capable of so much more when/if they can get things going in the right direction on the field.

They have a per player average (89.62) a full point better than Miami (88.58) and are neck and neck wit Florida (89.80) who’s coming off a 10 win season.
