Boise State

This is arguably the most important game for FSU football since the national championship game.

If FSU football can win this game it would do wonders for the Noles and their confidence moving forward. It would also appease a fan base thirsty for success.

A loss, and the wheels probably come off and I’m not sure the program could recover and Willie Taggart probably loses the majority of the remaining supporters he has.

Boise State isn’t a pushover even though they are not in a power five conference. The Noles opened as near touchdown favorites on a neutral field.

However, that number is now around -3.5 to -4 and I’m interested to see where that number ends up. Right now there’s little faith in the Noles and the perception is the program is in disarray until they can prove otherwise.

Boise State won 10 games against a soft schedule but finished No. 28 according to S&P + advanced metrics. The Noles are the more talented team but their will be an extreme amount of pressure on this program to come away with a win.
