FSU Football: 3 positives from ‘Noles loss to Notre Dame
By Kelvin Hunt
Conclusion
Yes, the Noles got the brakes blown off them for the third consecutive game and were not competitive at all.
However, when things are as bad as this you have to look for the smallest amount of light in the darkest room.
Two of these three have been detriments in each of the ‘Noles losses this season, so it was good to see the running game and lack of penalties especially when considering who the referee’s crew was.
The Noles have to continue doing these three things along with eliminating turnovers if they want to have a prayer of beating Boston College and/or Florida to become bowl eligible.
They not been able to have a single game without a turnover all season and are tied for No. 115 in the nation with 21 turnovers.
It’s the one area they have not shown a single bit of improvement all season. Can they do it in the next two games?
