Nyqwan “Noonie” Murray

The Noles most experienced wide receiver returns for his senior season after leading the team in receiving yards (604) and tied for the lead in receptions (40).

The FSU offense will be built around the run, but there will be times when a crucial third down conversion is needed, and that’s where Murray has made his mark over the past couple of seasons.

“Noonie” can be one of the better receivers in the ACC if he’s motivated and believe he’ll get a fair shake.

It appeared Murray had fully embraced Willie Taggart’s offense before going down with a knee injury the first day of spring camp.

Murray will be heavily counted on as Keith Gavin is the next most experienced receiver with 28 receptions for 289 yards last season.

The offense can function without him, but having his experience and play-making ability is a plus with a ton of unproven players in this unit.
