John Dunmore (Four-star, Wide Receiver, No. 107 ranked player nationally)

I know you’re reading this thinking Dunmore just committed to Penn State earlier this week. That’s true, but I believe that recruitment is far from over.

Dunmore has gone on record stating FSU is his dream school and he wanted to visit this summer. However, the staff wanted to save official visits for after the season begins in the fall.

I’m anticipating Dunmore will take an official visit to FSU this fall. If that happens, things could get real interesting for Penn State.

It won’t be a hard decision. Dunmore can attend his dream school that’s much closer to home with much better weather while competing against a number of players he’s familiar with.

He also has a good relationship with FSU wide receiver coach David Kelly and knows Willie Taggart’s offense will allow him to be an impact player.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see Dunmore in this FSU class. If Penn State is able to hold onto him I’ll give them mad props.

Conclusion

All of these players would be excellent additions to the 2019 and would address some key needs as well.

The Noles are ranked No. 12 in the nation when it comes to 2019, but the addition of these six players would change things drastically.

If all six committed right now it would put FSU’s blue chip ratio at 84.2 percent (16 of 19). The Noles would have right players ranked in the top 10 at their respective positions.

It would boost the Noles all the way to the No. 2 spot just behind Alabama which should tell you just how much of a machine Alabama is recruiting wise.

However, it should also tell you about the recruiting prowess Willie Taggart is on the recruiting trail. The old regime never had a recruiting class of over 75 percent blue chip recruits and they were near top five each year.

The Noles should close strong and well and be on the lookout for the recruits that visit later this month.
