Nick Cross (Four-star, Safety, No. 57 player nationally)

Nick Cross is a four-star safety prospect from an area(DMV area in Maryland) that’s been fruitful to FSU recruiting in the past.

He’s rated as a four-star and the No. 57 player nationally and the No. 4 safety in the country. Cross recently visited the Noles and spoke highly of the experience and is expected to make a decision on his commitment soon.

Cross holds over 30 offers from all the major Power Five schools and would be the safety laying the wood in the Noles secondary.

He’s a big hitter at 6’1″ 210 pounds with the mentality FSU is looking for in a player. He tweeted this earlier this week:

Yep, sounds like my kind of player right there. It’s clear Cross is a mature young man who’s been described as a Jaiden Woodbey clone.

By all accounts that’s a great thing from what we’ve heard about Woodbey since he enrolled at FSU this spring.
