FSU Basketball: Our top 5 areas to improve in 2018-19

Turnovers
One of the prime reason FSU basketball will be watching the Final Four at home this week. The Noles had 14 turnovers in the FIRST HALF against Michigan.
At least half of them were of the unforced/careless variety.
FSU had 456 turnovers on the season which ranked No. 272 in the country and averaged 13 turnovers per game.

I understand FSU is prone to more turnovers because of more possession with their transition style. However, it seemed like they had a ton of turnovers in half-court settings against teams that tried to slow them down.
They often looked lost when have to operate out of sets in the half-court.
When playing against the Virginia’s and Michigan’s, teams can’t afford to have 11 and 15 turnovers in those games. Because of the slow pace the offense isn’t going to get as many possessions as normal to take advantage of the athleticism.
