Malcolm Lamar

Malcolm Lamar is a four-star defensive end who’s ranked No. 270 nationally and the No. 10 strong side defensive end in the country.

Lamar was once an Oregon commit while Willie Taggart was head coach. However, Lamar visited FSU a little over a week ago and decided to decommit from Oregon.

He’s from the same high school as huge FSU wide receiver target Warren Thompson.

FSU football is in serious need of quality defensive ends in this recruiting class and Lamar is one of the few left that’s a realistic target.

It looks like Florida has been making a run after Lamar as of late to keep him in state. However, if Taggart wants him in this class the ‘Noles should be good to go.
