FSU Football got its fifth consecutive win over the Florida Gators Saturday. We list our top five impact players for the game.

It was a game FSU football had to have and it’s no surprise the FSU defense led the way against the Florida Gators in their 38-22.

I say no surprise because despite Charles Kelly being down right awful at times, the man simply owns the Gators during his time as FSU defensive coordinator.

In fact, the Gators have only scored THREE offensive touchdowns against FSU football since 2014 ladies and gentlemen.

Florida’s offense is among the worst in the nation, and that’s without playing a true freshman quarterback that didn’t early enroll. They averaged just 3.83 yards per play on offense mounting 280 yards on 73 plays with four turnovers.

Those four turnovers resulted in 28 FSU points, including 14 points scored by the FSU defense on a fumble and interception returned for touchdowns.

We’re going to look at our top five impact players for the game, so it’s no surprise a number of defensive players make the cut.
