FSU didn’t have the result they wanted on the field this weekend, but fans still got a chance to catch some former Noles in the pro game this weekend.

It was not a good weekend for the FSU Seminoles in the college game as the Noles dropped their fourth game of the season with another heartbreaking finish, this time losing by three to the Louisville Cardinals. Those who were hoping to wash away some of that sadness with a decent outing from the NFL Noles weren’t exactly jumping for joy either.

From Tampa Bay to Atlanta and points all over, several former Seminoles had a rough one this weekend, coming up short in several games across the league. However, it wasn’t all bad with several impressive showings from those who at one time wore the garnet and gold.

Here’s a quick look at some of the top former FSU players and how they did this week in the pro game.

Jameis Winston

You can’t blame the former FSU quarterback for the Tampa Bay Bucs losing this weekend to the Buffalo Bills, as the Heisman Trophy winner went for 384 yards passing and three touchdowns in the 30-27 setback. It was his highest yard total of the season and the fourth time he has gone for over 300 in six games this year.

Devonta Freeman

For the second straight game, the Atlanta Falcons star running back was kept out of the end zone, but did manage to get 90 yards on 15 total touches (12 rushes, three passes) as the Falcons got demolished in their Super Bowl rematch against the New England Patriots, losing 23-7.

Chris Thompson

The Washington Redskins running back again showed he can do everything in the team’s Monday Night loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, going for 64 total yards on 12 touches that included a touchdown reception. That catch gives him five total scores on the season for Washington, who dropped to 3-3 on the season.

Kelvin Benjamin

It was an ugly day for the Carolina Panthers, who got beat down in a big way against the Chicago Bears. The former FSU receiver ended up with three catches for a total of 65 yards, still impressive since he is dealing with a left knee injury that sidelined him for part of the week’s practices leading up to the game.

Telvin Smith and Jalen Ramsey

The Jacksonville Jaguars duo didn’t have the same amazing day they did a couple weeks ago, but contributed to the team’s shutout win over the Indianapolis Colts. Smith led the team with 10 total tackles, while Ramsey added four in the 27-0 victory to keep the Jags above .500 on the season.
