Dino Babers-Syracuse

Record at School

4-8 (33 percent)

Ranking Justification

Dino Babers is known as a sound offensive mind and the offensive looked good at times. However, it was the Syracuse defense that gave up 463 points last season.

That was the most in the ACC.

Syracuse opened the season with a win over Colgate, and proceeded to launch the early Heisman hype for Lamar Jackson in the second game of the season.

They beat who they were supposed to beat aside from a loss against Wake Forest. The only problem is they got annihilated in almost every loss.

Syracuse did have one upset special in 2016, a 31-17 win over ACC Coastal winner Virginia Tech.

Syracuse has some pieces on offense, and Babers will look to add more talent and depth to the defense to be more competitive in year two.
