Ranking Justification

Bobby Petrino is a good offensive mind and his teams put points on the board. His teams consistently win eight to nine games every season.

Last season looked like Petrino had a winner, but a close loss to Clemson and injuries later in the season brought the hype to a halt even with a Heisman winner in Lamar Jackson.

Petrino seems to be the type of coach that will always be good, but can’t consistently get the talent to be elite.
