Nyqwan Murray vs. Michigan

Want to talk about a player making an impact on the game in just two plays? Just look at Nyqwan Murray’s performance against Michigan in the Orange Bowl.

Murray only had two catches in the game, but he made them count as both went for touchdowns. He caught a 92 yard touchdown in the first quarter and the game winning touchdown with less than a minute left in the game.

Also, the first touchdown came shortly after Murray made a terrible decision to catch a punt that he should have let go into the end zone.

Murray muffed the punt, giving Michigan the ball on the one yard line, but FSU’s defense held Michigan to a field goal.

The winning touchdown came against 2017 NFL Draftee Jourdan Lewis. Deondre Francois had 222 yards passing, and 104 of them came on the two plays to Murray. FSU won the game 33-32.
