Auden Tate vs. Boston College

Auden Tate emerged for FSU football just at the right time last season as its biggest receiving target.

Tate finished the game with six receptions for 101 yards receiving and two touchdowns for the game.

The receiving yardage accounted for 42.7 percent of the passing yards for the entire game. Three of Tate’s six catches went for 20 yards or more averaging 16.8 yards per catch for the game.

The ‘Noles went on to blast Boston College to the tune of 45-7, a welcome change from days of Boston College’s defenses limiting the FSU offense under Don Brown(who FSU would smoke later in the season).
