Overall Thoughts

The Minnesota Vikings is a great spot for Cook to land as they went 8-8 last season while losing their starting quarterback and running back for the season.

Teddy Bridgewater was injured before the season began and missed the entire year, and Adrian Peterson was injured in the second game of the season before missing the majority of the season.

They were the worst rushing offense in the league (No. 32), averaging just 75 yards per game. Their leading rusher, Jerick McKinnon, only had 539 rushing yards all season.

The offense overall ranked No. 28th overall in the league. However, they feature a stingy defense that was ranked No. 3 in the league.

It’s a place where Cook can find success early on and help open up the passing game for Sam Bradford until Bridgewater is able to return.
