Ryan Hoefield came to FSU as a three-star recruit with an average player rating of 85.85. He red-shirted in his freshman season and had to be plugged into the starting lineup in 2014 when injuries hit.

Hoefield wasn’t ready for game action at the time, but played as well as he could under the circumstances.

He started four games in 2015 with injuries hampering him during the season. Hoefield has consistently been named to the All-ACC Academic Team during his time at FSU.

Grade – C

Hoefield receives this grade because he was thrown into the fire ahead of schedule and played as well as one could have expected. Also, doesn’t hurt that he makes outstanding grades that helps the overall team GPA :).
