Georgia Tech (9-4)

Georgia Tech quietly won nine games last season. Three of their four losses came against ranked opponents, and the other loss was to Pittsburgh who beat Clemson and Penn State.

However, Georgia Tech loses senior Justin Thomas who has been one of the better quarterbacks for Paul Johnson’s triple option threat in recent memory.

They have virtually no experience to replace Thomas who got to play as a freshman when Vad Lee was quarterback at GT.

However, they do have all three running backs returning which should help take some of the pressure off whoever the newcomer will be.

North Carolina (8-5)-

North Carolina will lose their starting quarterback Mitch Trubisky to the NFL Draft.

Pittsburgh (8-5)-

Pittsburgh will have a new offensive coordinator and a new quarterback in former five-star recruit and graduate transfer Max Browne.
