Miami (9-4)

Miami started out the year red-hot because they were not playing anyone of note. They lost to FSU football and promptly lost the next three games as a result of their annual FSU loss hangover.

However, they rebounded to win their last five to reach nine wins in Mark Richt’s first year at Miami.

The only problem? Miami’s losing the following players:

  • Brad Kaaya (QB)
  • Joseph Yearby (RB)
  • Stacy Coley (WR)
  • David Njoku (TE)
  • Corn Elder (CB)
  • Rayshawn Jenkins (S)
  • Jamal Carter (S)

Kaaya is Miami’s all time leader in passing yards, and the players behind him have virtually no college experience. Also, losing Yearby, Coley and Njoku is a significant amount of their offense while also replacing almost their entire secondary.
