Georgia Tech (9-4, 4-4)

Georgia Tech quietly won nine games in 2016, a welcome departure that was the dumpster fire in 2015.

All four of Tech’s losses were respectable with three of them coming against ranked opponents at the time. The only team that wasn’t ranked at the time was Pittsburgh.

They closed the season winning four in a row, including a bowl win over Kentucky. A lot of chatter about ACC being the best conference could be attributed to GT who went 3-0 against the SEC this season.

Paul Johnson has 14 commitments for 2017 with the No. 13 ranked class in the ACC and No. 59 class nationally.
