No. 1 – Cook again is too much for his hometown team in another comeback (2016)

For Dalvin Cook, playing just miles from his Miami home inside what is now called Hard Rock Stadium always seemed to be fun. In leading a comeback win over the Hurricanes in 2014 and a strong finale in the Orange Bowl this season, it was another highlight filled game against the Hurricanes in October 2016.

Cook wouldn’t get into the end zone on the ground even with 150 yards on the night – but he would be the star with a 59 yard touchdown catch when he was wide open (how does that happen) in the third quarter to cut Miami’s lead to three points. FSU would score 10 more points and hold on for the one point victory – keeping Cook undefeated against Sunshine State opponents, finishing 8-0 in his college career.
