No. 4 – The Lady ‘Noles get to the first Final Four in program history

Just like their male counterpoints, the women’s basketball team at FSU is off to one of the best starts in program history – with their only loss coming by two points to the four time defending national champs who have won over 80 games in a row. Head coach Sue Semrau as the Lady ‘Noles in the position to finally get to that next level.

After getting to the Elite Eight in 2005 and the Sweet 16 last season, Semrau’s team has their goal in mind of getting to that elusive first Final Four. If they can get through a tough ACC schedule without serious injury or a letdown, you can expect they will be a favorite to make history when it’s all done.
