Levonta Taylor

Levonta Taylor came to FSU football as a consensus five-star recruit and the No. 7 player in the 2016 recruiting class.

Taylor wasn’t an early enrollee which will likely keep him out of the secondary early on unless he’s used in the Star position made popular by Lamarcus Joyner and Jalen Ramsey the past couple of years.

The biggest impact Taylor could have would at punt returner. FSU football punt returning has been terrible the past few years to be quite frank. Taylor is fearless and electric with the ball in his hands.

He’s an alpha dog and should definitely see meaningful snaps in 2016. So there you have it, the top eight true freshmen that will likely see playing time this season.
