FSU Spring Practice: Top 5 Things Going Into Spring Game

There were some big questions regarding the linebacker positions at FSU with the departure of Terrance Smith and Reggie Northrup. Who would step up and fill those voids?
Well, it looks like Matthew Thomas is finally injury free and has his head on straight (knock on wood). Also, Ro’Derrick Hoskins who started a number of games is back and looks like he’ll be a big contributor in 2016.
True freshman and early enrollee Josh Brown has flashed his talent/presence in FSU spring practice as well.
The great thing is that FSU usually only plays two linebackers in their Nickel packages and a number of defensive backs when playing against spread teams.
Also, Jacob Pugh, Sh’Mar Kilby-Lane looks like they will be in contributing roles in 2016 as well.
