Personal Fouls

FSU basketball fouled entirely too much last season. They committed 656 fouls last season which was 101st in the nation.

That stat is skewed a bit by fouls at the end of games probably, but FSU allowed teams to take over 21 free throws per game in 2015.

Luckily, teams only made 68.8 percent of their free throws against the ‘Noles or things would have been worse. FSU basketball has historically fouled a lot because Hamilton used to

emphasize

defense quite a bit.

This will be an area to limit in 2016.
