Offense

The Crusaders are pretty good offensively, averaging 75.8 points per game which is good for 117th in the nation. However, they are an efficient offense, averaging 1.059 points per possession which is 85th in the nation.

At home that number rises to 1.086 in the nation.

The ‘Noles in contrast average 78.1 points per game, which is 58th in the nation. They also score 1.068 points per possession, which is 70th in the nation.

The Crusaders are led junior Alec Peters who averages 18 points per game and 8.4 rebounds per game. He shoots 85.8 percent from the free throw line and 44.9 percent from beyond the arc. Their second and third leading scorers are Keith Carter (10.2 ppg) followed by Tevonn Walker (9.6 ppg).

The Crusaders also shoot it well from the free throw line at a 72.4 percent clip. They average 21 free throw attempts per game. The ‘Noles average 22.5 free throw attempts per game, but only make 68.9 percent of them. Free throw shooting has been a killer for the ‘Noles most of the season.
