FSU Football: How Good Was 2015 Defense?
By Kelvin Hunt
- DVa: Value Drive Rate, the percentage of opponent drives that begin at least 50 yards from the end zone and reach the team’s 30-yard line.
FSU football allowed 24 percent (24.3) of opponent drives that began at least 50 yards from the end zone to reach the teams’ 30 yard line.
That’s good for No. 9 nationally.
For comparison sake, Alabama was No.1 at 17 percent in this category.
I know I sound like a broken record, but “bend but don’t break” is in full effect here.
