Running Backs-Mortal Kombat

So this can’t possibly end well, but I am going to attempt to do this one anyway. The thing about Mortal Kombat is that fans of the franchise each have their favorite player and if you disagree, well, then you are a nonsensical moron. For Florida State, though, they are sincerely hoping their slew of running backs will end up pulling the spines out of opposing defenses and leave Jimbo Fisher screaming “FATALITY!”

Florida State might use up to four running backs this season. Sadly, none of them will be able to literally ‘finish (him) someone’ off. They will, however, be able to slash and gash defenses.

James Wilder Jr. has talked about wanting to get opposing coaches fired. It did start off as a joke, although, the hilarity is picking up momentum. He also happens to be a big boy. I mean, if there were a thunder and lightning from these group of backs it would be Wilder. In fact, Wilder can be like Raiden — using his teammates lighting speed as help while he uses his thunder to crush linebackers.

Devonta Freeman is another back who is going to see a slew of time. He, like Wilder, likes to make funny jokes too. Few characters in Mortal Kombat had the ability to be ‘funny’ and slap the Sam Cassell out of opponents. That’s right, Freeman is Johny Cage.

Then there are the two freshmen looking to make an immediate impact. Ryan Green is exceeding expectations at practices. Especially when most considered him as only a chance-of-pace type of back when he was in high school. You know who was always really good in the Mortal Kombat franchise but always over looked? Liu Kang.

Finally, there is the quickster known as Mario Pender. Like other freshmen on this Florida State team, Pender is starting to have some hype build up behind him. So, since we love hyperbole, Pender is Goro because, everything.
