Hykeem Willams

If there was ever a player who needed a strong spring to solidify himself at a pivotal moment in his college career, it's former five-star wide receiver Hykeem Williams.

Williams looked to be turning the corner in his freshman season before an injury put an end to it. Like the other receivers, it's hard to gauge last season, but Williams didn't exactly stand out. He had 16 receptions for 187 yards and one touchdown in nine games.

He was a raw prospect out of a high school that doesn't produce much top talent. I've said many times, but transitioning from high school to college is tough for receivers.

Williams is physically talented but is still learning the intricacies of the position. However, the room is much more talented than last year.

The transfers have more experience and proven production, and the young receivers have another year under their belt. He needs to have a strong spring or risk getting lost in the shuffle or bypassed by younger guys.
