Updated jersey numbers for newcomers and current players on the Noles' roster

FSU football has updated its 2024-2025 roster with a variety of newcomers. They have also updated jersey numbers for current players on the team. Here is an update of the new jersey numbers and changes:

THOUGHTS

Personally, the most interesting development about the jersey numbers is that the defensive tackle duo of Joshua Farmer and Darrell Jackson Jr. have the No. 5 and No. 6 numbers, respectively. The former high school teammates and close friends did not have an opportunity to play together in Tallahassee for the 2023 season (thanks NCAA...).

This could be a massive 2024 campaign for both individuals as the Seminoles have to turn the page in their defensive tackle room with Braden Fiske, Fabien Lovett, Dennis Briggs Jr., and Ayobami Tifase not on the roster.
