FSU football: Three players who will have significant snaps in the Orange Bowl

WR DESTYN HILL

Florida State fans were eagerly waiting for the arrival of former Class of 2021 four-star wide receiver prospect Destyn Hill to make it to campus. There were some individuals who even questioned if the Louisiana native was a real person.

Hill has been a piece in the rotation at wide receiver. However, he has not done much to show for it as he has only recorded six receptions for 87 yards. There were a variety of media members during the season that felt as though Hill would definitely contribute early on.

I will suggest that being behind pass catchers such as Keon Coleman and Johnny Wilson can be seen as difficult. With that being said, both Coleman and Wilson will not be playing in this game. Quarterback Tate Rodemaker will have to find his safety blanket when the offense needs to continue to move the chains.

I believe that Destyn Hill could be that option in the slot wide receiver position.
