FSU football has done a tremendous with constructing an elite recruiting class filling with a multitude of high caliber prospects.

One of the most notable prospects committed to the Seminoles is four-star quarterback Luke Kromenhoek from Benedictine Military School in Savannah (GA), who has been verbally pledged to head football coach Mike Norvell and company since March 26, 2022.

The coaching staff was spot on when it came to their evaluation of Kromenhoek as they extended an offer to the talented signal caller before he even named the starting quarterback of his high school back on June 18, 2021.

Ever since Kromenhoek made it official that he was committing to the Seminoles, he has been one of Florida State's biggest recruiters in terms of luring highly-touted recruits to join him in Tallahassee. Earlier in the month of April, the Benedictine Military School standout made his intentions known that he would be shutting down his recruitment.

As most fans realize, recruiting is so unpredictable in today's society given the climate of staff changes as well as NIL. The Travis Hunter situation from the 2022 recruiting cycle has really made fans worry about the commitment statuses of recruits (understandably so). However, Kromenhoek has stayed true to his word thus far and is 100% committed to the school that was the first one to give him an opportunity.

On Saturday morning, Kromenhoek went on Twitter (X) and posted a picture that featured the definition of the word "Loyalty". He then captioned "Thanks but no thanks".

It seems like another school could have been trying to swoop into the Kromenhoek sweepstakes later as the Early Signing Period is quickly approaching on December 20th. The thought process is that the Georgia Bulldogs are likely the team that the Florida State commit is referring to.

The Bulldogs are in danger of losing out on five-star quarterback Dylan Raiola to Nebraska. As a result, head football coach Kirby Smart and company likely wanted to kick the tires on in-state Luke Kromenhoek to see if they sway the commitment. ChopChat's Kelvin Hunt was all over this topic when he wrote about whether Raiola's flipping would impact the Seminoles.

It is great to see that the majority of these recruits are committed to the CLIMB!
