FSU football: Pivotal visitor weekend upcoming for the Noles

FSU football is heading into the home stretch with its 2024 recruiting class. We are now a few days away from the December 20th start of the Early Signing Period.

As it stands right now, the Seminoles have the third-best recruiting class, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings. However, Florida State understands the magnitude of being able to keep its prospects in the fold.

The Seminoles have gone toe-to-toe with teams such as Ohio State, Alabama, Georgia, Miami, Florida, and Auburn for a variety of prospects. However, the battle isn't over as recruiting can be one of the most eventful instances that can drastically change the course of a program.

The Early Signing Period has not been kind to Florida State with a select group of prospects flipping from the university to other schools. Unfortunately, that is the name of the game in recruiting when teenagers are tasked with making one of the hardest decisions of their lifetime.
