FSU football will go into the 2024 season with several new faces on the offensive side. They'll have a new starting quarterback for the first time since midway through the 2021 season. They'll have several new faces at the wide receiver and running back positions, with productive players like Johnny Wilson and Trey Benson heading to the NFL after the last two seasons at FSU. The 2023 offense was supposed to be an improved version of the already outstanding 2022 offense.

However, the 2023 offense showed flashes of eliteness, but could never harness it for multiple games or quarters. We saw it in the second half against LSU, and second and third quarters against Boston College, or for spurts against Virginia Tech. However, the offense seemed too one-dimensional and struggled to convert on third downs and in the red zone compared to 2022. I know FSU lost a ton of NFL talent from the 2023 team, but I think the 2024 offense can be closer to the 2022 offense than 2023. Here are five reasons I think it'll be better than last year.
