FSU football will have several variables impacting the 2024 season. The expectations to win are as high as ever, and the bullseye returns to the Noles after winning the ACC for the first time since 2014. It has been a steady climb, with a combination of inherited players, transfers, and players recruited and developed by the staff. Some pundits say you can't build a program by heavily using the transfer portal, but that's nonsense. This team will continue to define the new age of college football, combining high school recruiting and the transfer portal to play at an elite level.
Some ESPN heads got paid to tell people they believe FSU is a top-10 team that will finish the season unranked. I think that's laughable, considering FSU has fewer questions than teams ranked higher in the preseason who were worse than FSU a year ago FSU has a manageable schedule, though there are a few landmines along the way. FSU has the talent, depth, and coaching to do big things. It's all about executing in 2024. Here are 10 big things that will define the 2024 season.
