Four-star RB target Ousmane Kromah schedules OV with Florida State

Florida State does not have a running back prospect committed to their 2025 recruiting cycle. However, the Seminoles have a plethora of options at their disposal with four-star targets such as Alvin Henderson, Byron Louis, and Ousmane Kromah.

As we alluded to in a previous article, four-star Alvin Henderson from Elba, Alabama recently received a crystal ball prediction for the home-state Auburn Tigers. This is a concerning development considering that he went conducted an unofficial visit this past weekend with the Seminoles.

As for Louis, he also visited Tallahassee this past weekend. However, he has many schools that are lined up to acquire services. The talented back recently visited the Miami Hurricanes as well. The American High School standout recorded 1,200 yards and 18 touchdowns this past season.

There has not been much traction with Kromah from Lee County High School in Leesburg, Georgia. However, the Seminoles have now scheduled an official visit with the Georgia native for the weekend of June 7th. He has other official visit trips with Miami (May 31), Florida (June 14), and Georgia (June 21).

It is concerning that the Bulldogs get the last official visit. Plus, he is from the state of Georgia. It is good that Florida State is at least getting itself involved in the recruitment.

Running backs coach David Johnson has done a tremendous job with recruiting his position. During the 2024 recruiting cycle, he secured the services of four-stars Kameron Davis and Micahi Danzy. While it is always important to solidify recruits on the offensive side of the football, it might be more vital to acquire pieces on the offensive and defensive lines.

It looks as though Henderson is trending toward Auburn while Kromah is looking to be favoring Georgia. Four-star Byron Louis could be a contender, but Florida State has to continue its pursuit of him in the coming month. This could be exciting for the Seminoles' recruiting class.
