Florida State had a successful recruiting weekend where several talented prospects made it to Tallahassee before the recruiting dead period took place. This was much-needed for the Seminoles as they looked to generate momentum in their recruiting class.

On Monday afternoon, a four-star defensive tackle Kevin Wynn from Greene County High School in Greensboro, Georgia committed to Florida State. This was a significant development as the Seminoles had received a pledge since January before that moment.

With the Seminoles being his first-ever offer for Wynn, the opportunity became too easy to pass up for him. This could be just what Florida State needed to make the summer months something to remember. In a recent article, I highlighted four prospects that could commit to the university after Wynn.

In terms of timeline, Class of 2025 four-star cornerback Shamar Arnoux from Carrollton, Georgia will be deciding tomorrow (Wednesday, June 26th) between Florida State, Georgia, USC, Auburn, and Kentucky.

Arnoux recently took an official visit to Tallahassee this past weekend. He also went to the Seminoles' Elite Camp in early June. Florida State has been recruiting him for quite some time, but will he be a take for the university? I know that four-star Gregory "Zae" Thomas is their top target at cornerback with his decision set up for June 30th between Florida State and Clemson.

It doesn't hurt that former Florida State defensive back Antonio Cromartie was an All-American and recorded five interceptions with the Seminoles when he played for them from 2003-2005 and was very successful in the NFL.

It is so awesome to see former Seminole players buying into the vision of what head football coach Mike Norvell is selling. It certainly helps that the program has been successful over the past two seasons with a combined 23-4 record. It was first Jalen Ramsey recruiting for the program, now it is Antonio Cromartie.

Yeah, we might be back to making noise in the college football landscape.
