Five MAJOR positives from FSU Seminoles victory over California Bears

It wasn't pretty, but FSU football got its first win of the 2024 season on Saturday night in a game where many folks thought California would blow the Noles out. It was an interesting take as the betting line closed with FSU as a -3 betting favorite on most betting sites. As I always say, it's all about the matchups, and the Noles matched up well against the Bears.
Frankly, if the FSU offense had any cohesion, they would have blown California off the map. The same could be said for the Memphis game. It was the FSU defense that dominated much of the game, preventing the Bears from scoring a single touchdown.
The game was incredibly frustrating to watch at times, and some bogus penalties huge FSU in the worst moments when they were in a position to get some breathing room on the scoreboard.
As bad as FSU played in some respects, there are several positives to note. Here are five major positives that maybe the Noles can build upon as the season progresses.
