Leonard Hamilton is heading into unchartered waters with a thin roster going to the offseason and the transfer portal close to closing. So far the Seminoles have lost seven players, one to the NBA draft, Jamir Watkins, and six to the transfer portal. Cam'Ron Fletcher was a late entry on April 28.

The Seminoles won't have any returning starters and only have one rotation piece returning in Chandler Jackson. FSU only has two junior college transfers coming in at the moment which doesn't give fans a lot of hope. What does give this team and fans hope is the incoming recruiting class that is headlined by four-star commits AJ Swinton and Daquan Davis.

Hamilton has a lot of work to do, especially to get depth on this roster, and could use some last-minute pickups to make it seem like the portal window wasn't a total waste.
