BLAZING SPEED OF RB JAYLIN LUCAS

Florida State football has coined the term "Where Playmakers Are Made" while head football coach Mike Norvell has been in Tallahassee. This roster certainly has players on the offensive side of the football with electric speed in the open field such as Jalen Brown, Jaylin Lucas, and Micahi Danzy (who will enroll to Florida State this summer).

Speaking of Lucas, I don't think that Norvell goes one practice interview session without mentioning the likes of the Indiana transfer. The brother of current wide receiver JaKhi Douglas has built a reputation for being super fast.

Lucas came from the Hoosiers via the transfer portal. Fans thought that he could be a viable kickoff returner for the Seminoles given that he had 43 kickoff returns for 1163 yards and three touchdowns during his two-year playing career with Indiana.

Fans did not know where he would fit positionally with Florida State. However, I think you can put that speed even at Wildcat quarterback and it would be successful. I believe that the spring showcase will give some opportunities for Lucas to put his talents on display.
