The Seminoles' coaching staff would have liked to see more of the recruits and transfers enroll during the spring season so that they could get more practice under their belts. However, sometimes that is not always how the cookie crumbles in life.

Overall, Florida State is having to replace a ton of production from a season ago when they accomplished an undefeated regular season and a conference championship. It still stings to see that the College Football Playoff committee could not include the Seminoles in their "invitational".
