WIDE RECEIVER

Just like the running back position, the wide receiver group is having to replace heavy contributors from a season ago as coach Ron Dugans will do his best to put the best product on the football field with losing ultra-talented options such as Keon Coleman and Johnny Wilson.

The Seminoles have a multitude of choices such as Malik Benson, Hykeem Williams, Destyn Hill (out for the remainder of the spring), JaKhi Douglas, Kentron Poitier, Vandrevius Jacobs, and Jalen Brown (among others).

Unfortunately, head football coach Mike Norvell has alluded to the inconsistencies of the wide receiver position room where there have been missed opportunities and dropped passes. As we inch closer and closer to the season, we cannot have that happening when the program is entering a new era at quarterback with DJ Uiagalelei and/or Brock Glenn.

The coaching staff seems to expect a lot from Alabama transfer Malik Benson. However, other options could emerge as the number-one option as we get closer to the season opener in August.
