1. QB DJ UIAGALELEI

Florida State has some big shoes to fill as quarterback Jordan Travis has finally graduated and moved on to the NFL where he will be playing for the New York Jets. Words cannot describe what the former Louisville meant for this university on and off the field.

Travis is one-of-a-kind and will be remembered by the fans for a long time. It was certainly unfortunate how his career ended plus with how the College Football Playoff committee snubbed the Seminoles due to his season-ending injury.

However, the page is turned to a new chapter. The coaching staff went into the portal this offseason and grabbed former Clemson and Oregon State quarterback transfer DJ Uiagalelei. The former five-star prospect has seen the ups and downs of his collegiate career from being benched at Clemson to also being a good signal-caller with the Beavers.

Uiagalelei has not had the luxury of being under one of the better play callers in college football with head football coach Mike Norvell who could be able to utilize his strength of throwing the football downfield with his strong arm. I cannot wait to see him in action this year as he looks to have something to prove.
